  1. Cash on Delivery option is available anywhere in Bangladesh but invoice amount should not be cross BDT 15K limit.
  2. At the point of delivery, the customer must cross match the color and the model of the phone with the invoice without opening the product box.
  3. The delivery agent must be paid the full invoice amount as mentioned in the invoice before receiving the product.
  4. The product may only be returned if the model or the color mentioned over the product box does not match with the color and model mentioned in the invoice, or if the product is found faulty during delivery of the product at the presence of the delivery person.
  5. Once the box is opened, the product cannot be returned unless it is found faulty.
  6. The location of receiving the product cannot be changed after placing the order.
  7. Grameenphone has the authority to cancel any order if seemed necessary.

iPhone after Sales & Service conditions

 

1) For warranty and after sales service, Apple’s policy will be applicable and shall prevail. To know more, please visit:

2) After sales service:

 

For any software and hardware issue, customer will directly visit any of Apple’s Authorized Service Provider (ASP). ASP will check both software and hardware issues. If any technical problem is found in iPhone, ASP will provide after sales service. As per Apple’s Sales & Support policy, in case any manufacturing fault only in iPhone, ASP may arrange for a new iPhone for the customer. The tentative time period for such replacement is around 35 to 60 days for ASP to deliver the phone to customer.

 

3) Open box failure, Defect on Cosmetic/Scratches:

After opening a sales unit, if any "Defect" or Cosmetic/Scratch is identified, Grameenphone will not be able to provide instant support as per Apple’s Sales & Support policy. In such event, customer may need to wait till Grameenphone gets a replaced unit of the device which may take 35 to 60 days based on Apple service centers’ logistical and other dependencies. In any event, Grameenphone will follow the Apple’s Sales & Support policy.

 

4) In Bangladesh, all types after sales services (in and out of warranty), is catered by Apple’s authorized service centers. The authorized service centers are as follows:
