  1. Can you deliver to me outside Dhaka?
    Yes, GP Online Shop will deliver up to Thana Headquarters within Bangladesh.
  2. On what locations GP Online Shop deliver in Bangladesh?
    GP Online Shop will deliver to almost all locations within Bangladesh except (Khagrachari, Swandip, Hatia, Sundarban Area).
  3. When will I get my product after I place an order (delivery period)?
    You can choose the Delivery type depending on you preferred delivery period.
    Regular delivery (Inside Dhaka Metropolitan Area) – Within Next 2-3 Working Days.
    Regular delivery (Outside Dhaka) - Within 7 Working Days Inside Sadar; Within 10 Working Days Outside Sadar.
  4. My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do? How do I check the status of my order?
    • You can easily track your order with order your ID by logging into our website.

    • Contact delivery agent who confirmed the order.
  5. How will the delivery be done?
    Our assigned delivery partner’s agents will pick up the order from our warehouse and deliver to your doorstep (where applicable) within mentioned timeline.
  6. What if I am not there to receive the order?
    Someone on your behalf can receive the order. However, he/she must show the SMS with order ID for verification and has to fill up the acknowledgment form to receive the order.
  7. Can I open box & check products at the time of delivery?
    Yes, you can. But products will only be replaced in case of faulty ones inspected in presence of delivery agent (conditions applied).
  8. Does GP Online Shop deliver internationally?
    We don't deliver items internationally. However, you can make purchases on our site from anywhere in the world and get it delivered within Bangladesh.
  9. What can I do in case of delayed delivery?
    Sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances, delivery may get delayed/ exceed the mentioned delivery timeline. If you have any queries regarding delivery, please mail us at ecommerce@grameenphone.com

Return & Cancellation:

Return Policy:

Only faulty products can be replaced if it is identified on spot in presence of delivery agent. The product is not eligible for a replacement if you have changed your mind about the purchase/ you do not like the product after opening the package.
Basic Return Criteria:

  • Display broken/Scratch display.
  • Physical damage in the handset.
  • No sound.
  • Charging problem.
  • Touch problem/switch on-off problem.
  • Software problem.
  • Accessories missing or damaged etc.
  1. How do I cancel my order?
    Sorry, once the order payment is done, there’s no cancellation option. However, Grameenphone reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability.
  2. What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
    If you notice that there is a physical damaged to the product package, you should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our end. If you refuse your parcel, please mention it in the acknowledgment form, you will get the replacement product in 7 to 10 Days.

  4. Are products purchased on GPShop covered by warranty?
    All items (accept Devices on Sale and Accessories items) sold on GP Online Shop come with Manufacturer's warranty & are serviceable at manufacturer service center, unless specified otherwise.
    Product Receipt and Acceptance Confirmation Process.
    Upon receiving your ordered product, please sign in the acknowledgment form and give it back to the agent. Please check for any condition when the agent is present, as we won’t be responsible for any issue once you sign the acknowledgement.
  5. How long will the refund process take?
    In case of order cancellation by Grameenphone, the payment would be refunded within next 15 working days.
  6. What if I find the product faulty after few hours or days after receiving product?
    You are requested to visit nearest manufacturer’s service center for repair or replacement.

iPhone after Sales & Service conditions

 

1) For warranty and after sales service, Apple’s policy will be applicable and shall prevail. To know more, please visit:

2) After sales service:

 

For any software and hardware issue, customer will directly visit any of Apple’s Authorized Service Provider (ASP). ASP will check both software and hardware issues. If any technical problem is found in iPhone, ASP will provide after sales service. As per Apple’s Sales & Support policy, in case any manufacturing fault only in iPhone, ASP may arrange for a new iPhone for the customer. The tentative time period for such replacement is around 35 to 60 days for ASP to deliver the phone to customer.

 

3) Open box failure, Defect on Cosmetic/Scratches:

After opening a sales unit, if any "Defect" or Cosmetic/Scratch is identified, Grameenphone will not be able to provide instant support as per Apple’s Sales & Support policy. In such event, customer may need to wait till Grameenphone gets a replaced unit of the device which may take 35 to 60 days based on Apple service centers’ logistical and other dependencies. In any event, Grameenphone will follow the Apple’s Sales & Support policy.
